Our multidisciplinary team of top roboticists, film animators, engineers, and game developers deliver accessible consumer robots at high-scale, along the way solving incredibly hard, real-world robotics problems. Our robots perform under a wide variety of real-world conditions in people's homes, every day, reliably and consistently, and we aim to represent the premium and most capable choice in the categories they are in. We push the boundaries of expectations for what an affordable and accessible consumer robot can do today.
We bring objects to life through robotics and artificial intelligence, allowing people to build relationships with technology that feel a little more human.
At Anki, we create robots that move you.

- Fast Company
Anki was founded in 2010 by three Carnegie Mellon Robotics Institute graduates. The team focuses on creating unique consumer products that people would not expect to be possible, powered by cutting-edge technology that was once confined to robotics labs and research institutes.
There is no denying the positive impact robotics can have in our lives; we see it already. It’ll continue to transform how we interact with each other, how we interact within our home, and how we view machines as more than machines.
As we stand on the brink of a technological evolution that will fundamentally alter the way we live, work, and relate to one another, we are building out our core robotics platform that will help drive the future of home robots. The symbiosis of EQ and IQ is what will have the greatest influence in determining what kinds of robots make it out of R&D and take a prominent role in our daily lives.

The Anki Team
We have the right mix with the right vision; it’s the people behind the robots that make the robots - and our interaction with them - feel more human.
